The cancellation can happen for number of reasons.

1.Your address, name and other details is not properly entered or showing a missmatch.
2. You have newly signed up and placed the order, not paid within 24 hours of the generated invoice.
3. Effective from Jan 15th 2010 client detail primary contact has to carry paypal email id .
