Why does my order say fraud?

In order to narrow down the possibilities of fraudulous orders, we use an online fraud protection system by MaxMind.

There will be a small percentage of orders that are automatically marked as possible fraud. It is possible that a legitimate account is marked as fraud for one of many reasons. Here are a few possibilities:

1. Your IP may be too far of a distance from the listed address upon order.

2. Your city was not recognized.

3. Order was placed from a location (country) that has a history of placing questionable orders.

4. The location (country) of your order and the country you entered in your client area don't match.

If your account was marked as fraud or you are concerned that it was, please submit a ticket and we will review the order. After this we will provide you with the instructions on getting the account activated.
