We do everything we can to help stamp out Internet fraud, no matter where around the globe the fraudster or victim resides. If we receive a fraudulent order, we register the IP address of the user and then follow a strict procedure:

• Notify the legitimate cardholder and advise them of the illegal use of their credit card.
• File a police report with the RCMP & SDQ and officially register our claim against the fraudulent user.
• Take necessary action with the credit company in question to ensure that the fraudulent financial information used is discontinued and voided.
