Yeastar MyPBX

 

Locate the link VoIP / SIP  Trunk from the side menu bar on the left. Click the Add VoIP Trunk button from the loaded page. A pop-up window should appear.

 

 

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk, click Add.
  2. In the Basic section, configure the following settings:
    • Name: Enter a name to help you identify it.
    • Trunk Status: Select Enabled.
    • Select ITSP Template: Select General.
  3. In the Detailed Configuration section, select the trunk type and enter the SIP information that is provided by the ITSP.
    • Trunk Type: Select Register Trunk.
    • Transport: Select the transport provided by the ITSP. In this example, select UDP.
    • Hostname/IP: sip.virtualglobalphone.com
    • Port: 5060.
    • Domain: sip.virtualglobalphone.com
    • Username: Your VirtualGlobalPhone number or the extension 
    • Password: Enter the provided password. In this example, enter 05JsOmsIS54SYh.
    • Authentication Name: Your VirtualGlobalPhone number or the extension 
    • Enable Outbound Proxy: Optional.
    1. Click Add.
    2. In the pop-up window, configure the following settings:
      • DID/DDI: Your VirtualGlobalPhone number
      • DID/DDI Name: Optional. Enter a name to distinguish inbound calls by DID numbers.

        The name will be displayed on the called party's device when the DID number is dialed.

    3. Click Save.
    4. To add more DID numbers, repeat step a - c.Optional: To setup your VirtualGlobalPhone number 
  4. Optional: Click Advanced, Inbound Caller ID Reformatting, Outbound Caller ID, or SIP Headers tab to configure other settings.
  5. Click Save and Apply.

 

Go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk to check the trunk status on the trunk list page.

If the status shows , the trunk is registered successfully.
