In the coming days, we are migrating all VGP account to the new state of the art facilities which is significantly enhanced version of our cloud telephone service.
Featuring a world-class Switching and Billing capabilities, dedicated APP, Call Recording, SMS incoming and Outgoing support, AI capabilities, eSIM, Realtime CDR, Integrated web-portal, IoT Support, CODEC transparent, Highly Scalable, CRM Integration, Daily Backups all this and many more hosted within a highly available, redundant, and secure datacentre located at 165 Halsey Street, New York, USA.
VGP Version 8 has additional infrastructure in key markets across the US and around the world such as Bangalore, Dallas, Frankfurt, London, Mumbai, New York, Newark, San Francisco, Singapore, Tokyo, and Toronto.
The new VGP version 8.0 application will become the single platform for Regular, vPhone Business, eSIM, IoT, Call Centre, Omniflow Messaging, Conference, Unified Communications, click-to-call solution and other, as we prepare for the end-of-life VGP version 7 and its present infrastructures by 31st Aug 2024.
